To register an Account with ispin88, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine-registered mobile number. You may not use fictitious names, another person's identity, or false documentation during registration.

Each individual may register only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — are prohibited. ispin88 uses technical and manual controls to detect multi-accounting, and any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, with balances subject to review and possible forfeiture.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ispin88 may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals, crediting significant bonuses, or at any other point determined by our compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC ID, or SSS ID) and proof of payment method ownership. § 4 Account Responsibilities

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ispin88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ispin88 does not accept deposits via credit cards issued in Prohibited Jurisdictions or via payment methods not listed as approved on the platform at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by ispin88 on a same-day basis where submitted before the daily processing cut-off time. Withdrawals submitted after the cut-off or on Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next available business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5.5 No Cash Transactions

§ 6 Betting Rules & Game Play

All games available on the ispin88 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

Bets are final once confirmed by the ispin88 system. You may not cancel, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. ispin88 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player, including bets placed on incorrect markets, at incorrect stakes, or during periods of connection interruption.

ispin88 uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all virtual games including slots and bingo. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers operating under standard casino procedures. The outcome of all games is determined independently of ispin88's commercial interests.

ispin88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, manifest odds or payout error, or any technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect game parameters being displayed to the Player. In such cases, the relevant stake will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.

§ 7 Bonuses & Promotions

These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held separately within your ispin88 Wallet. Real Money Funds will be used to settle wagers before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds that remain unplayed after their expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice.

ispin88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice where continued operation of that promotion would breach applicable laws or regulations, or where evidence of systematic abuse has been identified. Players who have satisfied legitimate wagering requirements prior to the withdrawal of a promotion will not be adversely affected by such withdrawal.

§ 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ispin88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one ispin88 Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the ispin88 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity designed to guarantee returns in contravention of the spirit of fair gaming.
• Using the ispin88 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of Philippine AML laws or AMLC regulations.
• Transferring funds between ispin88 Accounts or facilitating the use of your Account by a third party.
• Accessing ispin88 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention tool.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at ispin88 staff, live dealers, or other Players.
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any ispin88 content, branding, game footage, or platform data without the prior written consent of ispin88.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ispin88 platform — including but not limited to the ispin88 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ispin88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ispin88 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ispin88 content or software.

Third-party game content available on ispin88 — including JILI Games titles and other provider libraries — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to ispin88 for display and play on the platform. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to Players by virtue of access to the platform.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

Where ispin88's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in your Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your Account has been used to engage in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Your Account is involved in a money laundering investigation or AML review.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory requirements mandate the restriction or closure of your Account.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the ispin88 Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation and will be returned to you via the original payment method once the investigation concludes in your favour, net of any amounts owed to ispin88.

You may voluntarily close your ispin88 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your Account has passed all applicable verification checks.

§ 14 Dispute Resolution

ispin88 and the Player agree to attempt to resolve all disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this Section limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

§ 16 Amendments

ispin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
